Repairing a Kenmore Dishwasher

Make sure the water valve for your dishwasher is on

This code indicates that the dishwasher does not fill with water correctly. Make sure that the water valve is opened. Verify that the water line isn’t kinked. Then, remove the supply line for the dishwasher. Run water into a container to check the pressure and flow. If all three check out and the machine receives good water flow and pressure, replacing the inlet water valve is time.

Check for kinks on the water supply tube or clogged screen in the water inlet

The manufacturer has assigned a fault or error code that indicates the dishwasher isn’t filling up with water correctly. Check that the valve for water is open. Make sure the water supply pipe is not kinked. To test water pressure and flow, remove the water supply pipe from the dishwashing machine and pour water into an empty bucket. If all the checks are optimistic and you get good water pressure, you should replace the valve.
